This notice explains how West London Renovation Cleaning (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you contact us, request a quotation or use this website.

1. Who is responsible for your information?

West London Renovation Cleaning is the trading name used by Kaja Ewa Miernik, a sole trader. For privacy enquiries, contact us at prettywalls4you@gmail.com or 07444 196943. 2. What information do we collect?

When you submit a quotation request, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, property postcode, property type, approximate size, requested service, preferred date, message and any photographs you choose to upload. We may also receive information you provide in later calls, emails or messages.

3. Why do we use it?

• To respond to your enquiry and take steps at your request before entering into a service agreement.
• To assess the work, prepare and discuss a quotation, and arrange a cleaning appointment.
• If you become a customer, to provide the service, communicate with you, keep appropriate business records and deal with queries or disputes.
• To protect the website and prevent spam or misuse.

We rely on steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract where applicable, and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, running and protecting the business. We will only use information for compatible purposes or where the law allows.

4. Photographs

Photos are optional and are requested to help us understand the size, condition and scope of a cleaning job. Please photograph the areas relevant to the work only. Do not upload images showing people, children, passports, identity documents, bank details, alarm codes or other sensitive information. Uploaded files are handled through the website form provider, Netlify, and may be available to us in the site’s form-submission dashboard.

5. Who may receive your information?

We do not sell your personal information. Website hosting and enquiry-form processing are provided by Netlify. We may also use email, telephone and other service providers to communicate with you, and may disclose information where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Providers may process information in locations outside the UK; where this happens, appropriate legal safeguards should apply.

6. How long do we keep it?

We keep quotation enquiries only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up and manage the enquiry. If no work is booked, our intended review period is up to 6 months after the last contact. If you become a customer, relevant service, payment and accounting records may be kept for up to 6 years or longer where the law requires or a dispute makes it necessary. Photos should be deleted when no longer needed to assess or carry out the work. These periods depend on the actual records and systems used; we review information periodically.

7. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, or request a copy in a portable format. 9. Cookies and external services

This simple website does not intentionally use advertising or analytics cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may cause your browser to connect to Google’s servers and share technical connection information such as your IP address. If analytics, maps, chat tools or other third-party services are added later, this notice and any required cookie controls must be updated.
