These terms explain the basic process for enquiries and quotations through this website. The website is operated by Kaja Ewa Miernik, trading as West London Renovation Cleaning. They are not a substitute for a written job-specific quotation or service agreement.

1. Enquiries and quotations

Submitting the online form is an enquiry only. It does not create a booking or require either party to proceed. We may contact you to clarify the work, request further information or arrange a visit before preparing a quotation.

2. Scope and price

Any estimate or quotation will be based on the information available at the time. The final scope, price, expected duration, access arrangements and any additional work will be confirmed with you before the job is accepted. If the property or work differs materially from the information supplied, the quotation may need to be revised and agreed before extra work is carried out.

3. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed only when the details have been agreed directly in writing. Payment timing and accepted payment methods will be stated in the quotation or booking confirmation. No deposit, cancellation charge or additional fee is due unless it has been clearly agreed with you in advance.

4. Customer responsibilities

Please provide accurate information about the property, the work completed, access, parking and any relevant hazards or delicate surfaces. The property should be safe to enter and utilities such as water and electricity should be available where required for the agreed work. Please secure valuables and keep people and pets away from active cleaning areas.

5. Changes and cancellation

If you need to change or cancel a booking, contact us as soon as possible using the details below. Any agreed cancellation or rearrangement terms will be set out in your written booking confirmation. We will discuss changes to the scope or timing with you before proceeding.

6. Photos and website information

Photographs submitted with a quotation request are used to assess the requested cleaning work. Please upload only relevant images and avoid including people or sensitive personal information. Website descriptions are general information and do not guarantee that a particular service is suitable until the property and requirements have been assessed.

7. Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right or remedy that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including rights under UK consumer law. Any liability terms specific to a booked job will be provided with the written quotation or service agreement.
